Operating Instruction
(1).Applicable temperature range of pigment without lead is 780-850Celsius degree , the best temperature is 820Celsius degree , mainly use in silk screen printing, proper printing thickness is 15-25mm.
(2). Applicable condition of W pigment is without lead glaze and lead ambience; only 1301, 1304 and 1328 contains cadmium without lead, other products all reach standard without lead and cadmium.
(3).Completely drying with 60100Celsius degree before application, operating ambient temperature 18Celsius degree , humidity 65%, mix between the products can produce rich colors.
